These terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA, which applies to your licensed use of Packboard. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple terms control to the extent required.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you save. You are responsible for having the rights to store, reuse, and publish it. Publishing is an explicit action that makes the selected items available to anyone with the public link.
Acceptable use
Do not use Packboard to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material, or to interfere with the service. Public content may be removed or access limited when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are billed through your Apple ID and are managed under App Store rules. Available products, prices, trial terms, renewal details, and cancellation controls are shown by the App Store purchase flow before confirmation.
Availability
Packboard is provided as available. Local features are designed to work without the publishing service, but no software or network service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, remedies and liability are governed by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law.
