Public Packs should help people reuse useful work without putting anyone's safety, privacy, or rights at risk.
Not allowed
Do not publish child sexual abuse or exploitation; credible threats, praise or instructions for violent extremism; targeted harassment or hateful attacks; content that promotes self-harm; non-consensual sexual material; malware, phishing, fraud, or spam; exposed private personal information; unlawful material; or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
How screening works
Pack titles, summaries, item titles, text, and link hosts receive deterministic and automated safety checks before a draft is stored. Supported image and document contents are checked again before activation. If a file cannot be safely identified, converted, or scanned, it stays private and is not activated.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can use the Report link on a public Pack. Reports contain a fixed reason and no free-text field. Our operational target is to review safety reports within 24 hours. Depending on the evidence and risk, Packboard may remove a Pack or block an opaque publisher identifier. This target is not a guarantee of response time or a promise that a particular action will be taken.
Ownership and appeals
Reporting abuse is separate from recovering a lost deletion credential. For ownership recovery or questions about a moderation decision, follow the instructions on the Support page. Never send tokens, private Pack contents, or purchase receipts.
